HaadThip supports PSU's "Tonkla Songklanagarind Scholarship" to expand educational opportunities for southern youth
HaadThip Public Company Limited has reaffirmed its commitment to education by donating scholarships to the Tonkla Songklanagarind Scholarship Program of Prince of Songkla University (PSU), helping talented but financially disadvantaged students in Southern Thailand gain access to higher education and reach their full potential.
The scholarship presentation ceremony took place on July 1, 2026, at the InterContinental Phuket Resort. Representing HaadThip were Major General Patchara Rattakul, Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Amrit Kumar Serestha, Deputy Chief Executive Officer, and Mr. Martin Jansen, Director. The scholarships were received on behalf of PSU by Miss. Yaowalak Kunaworakul Director of Division of Student Development and Alumni Affairs.
To date, HaadThip has continuously supported the Tonkla Songklanagarind Scholarship Program, providing a total of 23 scholarships valued at approximately THB 5.68 million, demonstrating the company's long-term commitment to expanding educational opportunities and improving the quality of life for young people across the region.
The scholarship program is designed to support academically capable, well-behaved, and high-potential students who face financial hardship. Assistance is provided from the upper secondary school level through university education, enabling recipients to pursue their studies without financial barriers.
Members of the public who wish to support the Tonkla Songklanagarind Scholarship Program may contribute through the designated donation channels. Donations are eligible for double tax deduction in accordance with Thai tax regulations.
