PSU Legal Office promotes good governance and transparency across the university
The Legal Office, Prince of Songkla University (PSU), led by Assistant Professor Mongkhol Malyarom, Assistant President for Legal Affairs, has been actively delivering training and sharing expertise on ethics, integrity, transparency, and anti-corruption practices throughout 2026. These initiatives aim to strengthen good governance and promote transparent operations across various university units.
On February 27, 2026, the Halal Institute organized its first Integrity and Transparency Assessment (ITA) and Good Governance Workshop of the year, providing staff with practical guidance on transparent, accountable, and ethical workplace practices.
This was followed by a similar program hosted by the Scientific Equipment and Testing Center on April 30, 2026, focusing on strengthening ethical awareness, promoting transparency, and enhancing organizational measures to prevent corruption and conflicts of interest.
Later, from June 9–10, 2026, the Faculty of Science organized the Empower Your Strength Camp 2026 for newly appointed academic, administrative, and support staff. In addition to learning about the university's organizational culture, career development, and workplace practices, participants received training on ethical conduct and good governance to help them begin their careers with professionalism and integrity.
These knowledge-sharing initiatives reflect the Legal Office' ongoing commitment to supporting transparent, accountable, and ethical governance throughout the university while fostering an organizational culture built on integrity, responsibility, and continuous anti-corruption efforts.
