PSU receives safety excellence recognition at the 38th National Safety and Occupational Health Fair




Prince of Songkla University (PSU) has been honored with a Certificate of Recognition for Outstanding Safety Promotion Activities at the 38th National Safety and Occupational Health Fair, held from June 24–26, 2026, at the IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Nonthaburi Province.

Representing the university, Assistant Professor Dr. Chitchamai Ovatlarnporn, Acting Director of the Safety, Occupational Health and Environment Management Center, received the award in recognition of the university's commitment to promoting workplace safety and fostering a strong safety culture.

The event was officially opened by Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, under the theme "Synergy for Sustainable Safety Culture." Organized by the Thailand Institute of Occupational Safety and Health (Public Organization), the event highlighted the importance of building sustainable safety practices across all sectors.



The recognition reflects PSU's ongoing commitment to strengthening its safety, occupational health, and environmental management systems while providing a safe learning and working environment for students, staff, and all stakeholders.

The National Safety and Occupational Health Fair also served as a platform for organizations to exchange knowledge, share best practices, and build partnerships aimed at advancing occupational safety standards nationwide.



This recognition marks another milestone for Prince of Songkla University and reinforces its dedication to continuously enhancing safety standards and promoting a sustainable culture of safety for the future.
