Prince of Songkla University is committed to ensuring fair and equitable treatment for workers engaged through third-party outsourcing arrangements.
Under the Prince of Songkla University Human Resource Management Equality Policy, the University requires outsourced workers to receive fair treatment and appropriate compensation without discrimination. PSU also monitors the treatment of outsourced workers and may terminate contracts where unfair treatment or inequitable employment practices are identified.
This policy demonstrates the University’s commitment to protecting the rights and welfare of outsourced workers and to promoting responsible employment practices across all forms of work carried out on behalf of the University.
