Metric: Measures against discrimination
Have an anti-harassment policy that covers the institution and its operations.
Prince of Songkla University is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for students, staff and all members of the University community.
The University prohibits harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, exploitation and other conduct that undermines the dignity of individuals. Under the Gender Equality Guidelines for Staff and Students B.E. 2567 (2024), staff and students are required to treat one another with dignity and equality and must not engage in bullying, discrimination, harassment or devaluation based on gender, gender identity or gender expression.
The University’s anti-harassment principles apply across teaching, learning, employment and other University activities and are supported by formal procedures for receiving and addressing complaints.

Complaints and Protection
PSU has established formal procedures for receiving complaints and protecting complainants, witnesses and respondents. Complaints are handled confidentially, with consideration given to the safety and privacy of all parties involved.
The University also protects complainants and witnesses from retaliation, intimidation or unfair treatment arising from making a complaint, serving as a witness or providing information. Respondents are protected through fair procedures, including the right to respond to allegations and present relevant evidence.

Through these policies and procedures, PSU seeks to prevent harassment, protect the dignity and rights of members of the University community, and ensure fair and appropriate handling of complaints across its operations.
